Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint Paediatric Service Registrars to undertake clinical duties within the department including elective and on call commitments. This position is accredited with the RACP for advanced trainees in the area of general Paediatrics and Perinatology. In addition the paediatric team at Rockingham Peel Group works in partnership with local Mental Health and Child development teams in providing inpatient and outpatient comprehensive care. You will work in accordance with the Hospital's core values of Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE) and provide training, supervision and education for Resident Medical Officers (RMOs). In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you will work to achieve National, State and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) performance standards and the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards. You will also be required to adhere to the policies and guidelines of the department and participate in quality improvement programmes.

As the flagship hospital, Rockingham General is focused on providing high quality general medical, surgical and mental health services as well as outpatient care.
