About Us:

Humanised Group is a specialist technology recruitment agency located in the Brisbane CBD. Our team is expanding and we are on the hunt for someone to join our team as a Talent Scout/ Candidate Manager. This role is suited to either someone looking to get a start in the industry or an already seasoned Candidate Manager.

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Utilising various sourcing and talent pooling strategies including the use of Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, referrals, and networking meetups.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting phone screening of candidates
  • Conducting interviews with prospective candidates
  • Writing job advertisements that are published on various job boards
  • Preparing shortlists of candidates for the senior consultant
  • Providing feedback to candidates post interview
  • Conducting reference checks on successful candidates

Ideally, you will have any or a majority of the following skills/ attributes:
  • Ideally you will previous experience in a Candidate Manager/ Talent Scout or equivalent position.
  • In a perfect world, you would have some understanding of the different skill sets in Technology (not essential but certainly nice to have)
  • Sales/ relationship management background eg. Outbound telephone sales, real estate, maybe even fitness! etc
  • Articulate with an excellent phone manner. This isn't a scripted environment and our reputation is built on building rapport and long-lasting relationships.
  • A level of emotional intelligence and the ability to pick up on people's behaviours and hesitations
  • Friendly and outgoing. Our staff are constantly attending networking events - ideally you'll love networking and meeting new people.
  • Attention to detail and a good memory always helps.
