Keen for change but unsure about the timing? Consider this…

Brisbane ‘born and bred’ Windsor Group is a consultancy that operates as a social enterprise with a profit-for-purpose philosophy. That means we continually invest resources, energy and a significant proportion of profit in various initiatives that build capacity in individuals, our sector and community.

For over 21 years, Windsor Group has survived everything the world could throw at it - from the GFC and other economic upheavals to Covid-19 – and is still going from strength to strength. Right now, we’re on another growth curve and the future is looking very bright. Check it out: www.windsor-group.com.au.

As acknowledged specialists in non-profit placement – from temp to Boardroom – our Windsor Group Consultants are also a major force across both ethical commercial business and all levels of government.

With a warm and welcoming culture, we offer lovely, healthy, assiduously maintained offices in the CBD close to public transport, specialty stores and some lovely tea and coffee shops. And, as part of our inclusive, family-friendly approach, we also negotiate flexible work condition which can include part time (or short) hours and Work from Home (WfH) options.

Plenty to be happy about? Absolutely. But the crux of the matter is we’re feeling a bit pressured because we’re actually under-staffed for the volume of work we attract.

Right now, we need another very special individual to enhance relationships by assisting with vital – often urgent - placements for temporary roles across Federal, State and Local governments.

Bright, articulate, ambitious and a dedicated team player, you may work in an agency already or perhaps in HR where recruitment is a big part of your role? As an intelligent, intuitive, problem-solving individual with a genuinely warm & helpful personality, time you’re set on making it to the top in your recruitment career. And you’re confident that your good computer skills, common sense, resilience and a determination to ‘get it right first time will get you there. Ideally, with plenty of laughs, satisfaction and friendships along the way.

Appreciative of placement urgency, fantastic on the phone, you always go ‘the extra mile’ for clients and candidates. In short, you’re a star in the making. But maybe a hesitant one. Keen to move forward, you’re not quite sure if this is the right time to disrupt your career and aim for the top.

Well, you’ve heard of carpe diem or seize the day. This could be your chance. At least check it out. No-one is going to talk you into anything you don’t want to do. But we will lay out all the possibilities to candidates who meet our criteria, so you can make a considered, evidence-based decision. that could change your life. And remember – all our communication with you will be completely confidential.

Want to talk more about this gratifying role? Please call Sarah Matthew on 07 3211 0001 or email your resume and cover letter in Word format to apply@windsor-group.com.au quoting reference WGRCRT.
