The role 

Our client is a government entity based in northside suburbs of Brisbane. We are seeking Call Centre Officers (Inbound) for both short-term and long-term assignments. 

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Provide exemplary customer service to all customers via inbound calls and emails
  • Provide 1st point customer service and provide information and assistance on a wide range of services
  • Resolve all issues from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Continuously explore and identify business solutions/services that best suit individual needs and positively impact the customer's experience

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • 5+ years of experience in a call centre environment (Inbound)
  • CRM Tech proficiency
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Friendly and team oriented nature
  • Ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
