Job Description

  • Work to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations.
  • Drive performance improvement
  • Develop 'fit for purpose' solutions, strategies and plans that add value
  • Develop relationships both internally and externally with stakeholders, including executives and managers.
  • Risk management and identification of future value opportunities.
  • Provide advice and support to the Manager of Strategy and Reporting and key deliverables that support a future focused finance function.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice for informing and influencing decision making and governance forums across the organisation.
  • Plan communication strategies to optimise the effectiveness of organisational change projects and initiatives, and establish and provide ongoing visibility of the change impacts to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI or similar reporting software
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance
  • Team player and ability to add and drive a culture of excellence
  • Demonstrated ability in developing, leading and managing organisational strategic planning, organisational change management programs
  • Demonstrated project and change management methodology knowledge to develop and implement organisational change management plans
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships, influencing, coaching
  • Proven high level stakeholder management, facilitation, influencing and partnering skills to provide advice, coaching and support to executives and managers in complex, political and diverse business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven high level analytics, research and problem solving skills
  • Proven high level written communication skills to enable delivery of effective change plans, presentations, project and communication plans
