Are you a customer service superstar with experience supporting clients over the phone while navigating a bespoke CRM system? With an outstanding ability to troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly and provide guidance on self-navigating forms and systems?

In this role, you will:

  • Support over 40,000 farmers across Australia, via phone and email
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate a variety of tools in the myNGR system
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or remove roadblocks
  • Enter data from source documents into the myNGR system
  • Undertake Data Integrity Cleansing Activities
