The Role

Reporting to the National Corporate Operations Manager, this role will see you lead, coach, and support various Restaurant Managers and their teams in your allocated area to ensure they meet and exceed GYG's standards of guest experience, operations, and quality. There is also a strong focus in developing strategies to increase sales and profitability and working with managers on people management and guest experience. This role will suit an individual with a restaurant or QSR multi-site management background and who is passionate about leadership, continuous improvement and is motivated to promote GYG's values and energy.

To be successful in this role, you should have/be:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role managing in a multi-site environment in QSR, hospitality or Food and Beverage
  • Ability to build great teams and develop your s and managers.
  • Fanatical about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Proven track record in increasing sales and profit in business units.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills, including exceptional influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level people management, stakeholder relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Maintain a valid Australian driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel intrastate and/or regionally as required
  • Has a passion for the GYG brand and the ability to display and promote the energy and enthusiasm associated with the brand.
