As a recruitment agency, we assist our clients within the Accounting and Finance sector with finding talent across all level vacancies.

We now have a vacancy within our Financial Services recruitment team, and are seeking an experienced finance professional who would like to utilise their previous experience in a new and exciting career.

You will have the opportunity to work with existing clients, and be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process including attaining job briefs, advertising/marketing job vacancies, sourcing talent and negotiating employment offers.

The Role:

  • Manage existing clients, ensuring strong relationships flourish through regular networking and client catch-ups
  • Attract new clients through business development activities and marketing initiatives
  • Attain job briefs by thoroughly understanding the clients’ business and current/future vacancies
  • Creative sourcing and acquisition of candidates/job seekers, conduct interviews, and present opportunities that fit their career goals
  • Negotiate job offers and employment contracts
  • Creating a talent pool of possible future candidates through regular networking and ongoing contact
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge within the Financial Services profession
