About the Role:

IPA are currently seeking applications from experienced Call Centre Operators for our clients maintenance call centre team in Maryborough.

Call centre experience essential Do you have excellent attention to detail? Are you a customer service professional?

The position will be Monday to Friday working full time hours. There is an attractive pay rate on offer, which we will discuss at the interview stage.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service focussed roles
  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • Possess outstanding Customer Service Skills and Issue Resolution Skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Have advanced skills in navigating systems and databases
  • Be highly self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced and structured environment
  • High level of attention to detail

Duties:

  • Operate in a call centre/processing team environment managing incoming and outgoing calls
  • Use of high-level interpersonal skills including negotiation, minimisation of aggression and dispute resolution as appropriate
  • Assess client needs and determine eligibility for application
  • Apply legislation, policies, and procedures to applications
  • Provide a high-level customer service to a varied range of external clients
  • Receiving and responding to application requests within a multi-channel environment
  • Complete associated administration tasks
  • Effective management and monitoring of internal and external correspondence
  • Effective time management and prioritisation, working to achieve KPI's and targets
  • Connecting and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture
