About the role
We currently have an opportunity available for an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics to join our Brisbane Maintenance team on permanent and fixed term contract basis (9 day fortnight). Reporting to the Team Lead Avionics, you will execute maintenance within the bounds of the authority level delegated by the Airbus Part 145 Maintenance Organisation. You will be required to conduct maintenance in accordance with the relevant regulations, Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) (or equivalent) and all other maintenance procedures.
About you
The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include:

* Cert IV in Aeroskills or equivalent issued by an Australian Registered Training Organisation
* Understanding of relevant aircraft maintenance documentation and practices
* Experience in a Maintenance Organisation environnement
* Sound knowledge of applicable aviation maintenance legislation and regulations (e.g. CASR, DASR), standards
* High-Level aviation airworthiness regulatory knowledge and it's applicability in the relevant environment
