The National Skin Cancer Centres & Skin Repair Centres continue to grow! We are seeking a forward-thinking, organised and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to assist with the execution of a variety of marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their marketing career on a full-time basis. You will be working in our South Brisbane office.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Implement, track and report on marketing strategies to support new patient acquisition and retention to ensure all skin cancer practices are booked at full capacity.
  • Monitor appointment capacity across all practices, analyse patient data and create and execute innovative patient acquisition and cross-selling strategies.
  • Work with local Practice Managers to organise in-clinic and offsite education events to improve the skin cancer awareness in local communities and drive new patient sources.
  • Utilise well-developed negotiation skills to build and manage relationships with stakeholders to drive patient bookings and brand recognition.
  • Build and implement educational and promotional EDM campaigns, print and digital marketing collateral as well as social media promotions.
  • Occasional work after-hours at events and domestic travel might be required.

You have the following qualities:

  • Creative with a strong business acumen.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in community engagement or business development.
  • Sound organisational skills including the ability to plan, prioritise, monitor workload, deadlines and meet KPIs accordingly.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills to build collaborative partnerships, and the ability to identify opportunities and demonstrate community engagement experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong attention to detail.
  • An empathetic, positive, and warm approach with the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
