We are looking for a motivated, high-performing New Car Sales Manager to join our sales team at Audi Alto Artarmon.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take advantage of working with a luxury brand producing world-class cars.

The successful applicant will require previous sales management experience within the automotive industry and the necessary skillset and expertise including the following:

    • Proactive dynamic leadership that supports an environment for the sales team to thrive
    • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the purchasing and ownership experiences for our guests
    • Attention to detail & accuracy following process with reporting requirements
    • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships
    • Experience leading teams within Automotive retail
    • Strong business acumen with proven history of achieving results
    • Excellent communication skills both oral & written
    • Strong sense of professional integrity
    • Ability to prioritise workloads, meeting targets and deadlines

  • Some responsibilities of the role:

    • Lead sales team to achieve targets (OEM & internal) through driving performance with training & development activities
    • Managing sales team customer enquiries and follow up
    • Responsibility in achieving New Vehicle sales budgets
    • Direct reporting of daily activity
    • Hands on management of sales team to ensure they meet targets
    • Working with leadership/management team to provide innovation within department process
    • Direct involvement in customer interaction (opening & closing of sale)
    • Responsibility of stock management
    • Management of online inventory, overseeing listing and compliance for best practice
    • Contributing to dealership marketing and business development planning
    • Professionally representing the dealership and brand at all customer touch points
    • strong collaboration with Finance & Insurance and Marketing departments to ensure overall business success
    • Ensure document and data compliance from sales department including maintaining records
