Description

This role has been created due to a recent company acquisition and the expanding portfolio of services on offer. An experienced business developer will join the Australian sales team to further expand the current customer base leveraging off existing relationships and developing new opportunities.

Profile

  • A demonstrated track record of solid BD (2+ years) with experience in selling software solutions
  • Ability to build pipeline and develop opportunities
  • Experience in consultative selling business solutions, HR systems and Business Software applications
  • A strong influencer with sharp negotiation skills
  • Ability to provide engaging presentations with energy and drive
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and professionalism
  • Ability to identify new opportunities creatively and have commercial conversations
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
  • A tertiary degree in Business, Marketing or another relevant discipline
