As an Appointment Setter, you will join a professional and experienced National Marketing team where you will report directly to the Head of Marketing. The role will be a fixed-term, part-time contract over 3 days per week through until December 2021 with possible extension to a permanent position.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Making outbound calls to an existing and new client database;
  • Booking appointments for Directors and Managers to assist in their business development;
  • Managing the Director/Manager's calendar in relation to appointments;
  • Maintaining and updating our internal CRM;
  • Identifying and qualifying new prospects through own research to expand the existing client portfolio;
  • Maintaining the utmost professionalism throughout telephone and email correspondence in line with company branding and image.

As an experienced Appointment Setter, you will have:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within a telemarketing or customer service role;
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication - fluency in English is essential;
  • Proven objection handling skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the drive to take initiative and ownership of own tasks;
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work to set KPIs;
  • The desire and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders;
  • A sound knowledge of geographical areas across Australia, particularly along the Eastern Seaboard;
  • A strong foundation in the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience in Salesforce highly desirable.
