About the Position
The Recruitment Administrator position is an excellent entry level position to the recruitment industry. We are looking for a positive individual who is an adaptable, efficient and fast worker that is willing to learn, well-organised and has a strong attention to detail. This position would be well suited for a 1st or 2nd year university student, ideally studying business management part-time.

Position Duties

  • Monitoring the shared email inbox
  • Email correspondence with candidates/applicants
  • Answering incoming calls as the first point of contact
  • Writing job ads
  • Formatting of candidate profiles
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Facilitating candidate onboarding
  • Collecting candidate timesheets
  • Handling payroll enquiries
  • Booking interviews
  • General office maintenance

Experience / Requirements

  • Minimum of Cert ll or lll in Business (or equivalent)
  • 1 - 2 years office or customer service experience desired
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong ability and experience using Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Supply 2 x references
