Job Description

TSA are looking for passionate team members to support our service program with Australia's largest private provider of quality Early Learning centres.

Various positions available for immediate start rotating between Monday to Friday, between 7:00am to 7:00pm

  • Casual (28 - 38 hrs per week) - $27.40 per hour plus fortnightly incentives

What will you do?

As a Family Support Officer, you will be the voice representing a number of our client’s brands to support the on-boarding of new families.

In this role, you will influence a families on boarding journey from inbound enquiry, outbound contact through to ongoing portfolio management. This role offers you the ability to build strong connections with your families and ensure they are provided with the highest level of customer experience. To support your competency in this role, your leaders will provide you with regular coaching ensuring you are set up for success!

How you will do it?

  • Build authentic connections with families;
  • Resolve enquires;
  • Complete thorough needs analysis with your families to identify the best Family Centre Fit for their child and schedule a site tour; and
  • Promote and enhance the reputation of the Centre Brands by providing accurate information around the key benefits, features and culture of each Centre

  • Ability to build Rapport with Early Learning/Childcare Centre Managers

  • Confidence in taking ownership of calls to problem solve and come up with value adding solutions
