Finance Officer NDIS

Finance Officer NDIS - 12 month contract
We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer with NDIS knowledge, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.
  • Manage, respond to and action emails in the NDIS Accounts inbox.
  • Prepare and process invoices for self and plan managed clients.
  • Create service bookings in accordance with NDIS service agreements and process NDIS payment requests in PRODA for agency managed clients.
  • Processing and reconciliation of PRODA remittance files.
  • Liaise with NDIA, plan managers, clients and internal service area staff as required to provide information and resolve queries.
