Who we are

Founded by a mother daughter duo, Knowrish Well is a concept that arose from the frustration of trying to find healthy, clean and targeted wellness products that didn’t taste like cardboard - so we decided to make our own. Shaped and inspired by our own needs and experiences along the way, Knowrish Well seeks to provide the best plant based and gluten free food and wellness blends that we felt was missing from our own pantries and put them into yours. 

We’re a start-up that is very much in its growth stage. It’s an exciting time and we’re looking for resilient and loyal team members to join us in this new chapter. 

Sales Professional

As you may have already gathered, we’re an ambitious bunch ready with big plans for the future, and we support each other to get there. 

We’re on the lookout for a superstar individual to join our team as a Sales Account Professional. 

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Selling into new accounts & serving existing accounts to sell the Knowrish Well range 
  • New business development: opening up new leads and areas for us wherever Knowrish Well is best suited 
  • Account Management: becoming the main point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries, and for all accounts to ensure our relationships and commercial deals are maximised 
  • Calling into businesses, arranging in person or by phone meetings 
  • Achieving agreed on targets 
  • Proposing new ideas or strategies to grow sales 
  • Maintain collaboration with the team to ensure a flow of information and key insights 
  • Preparation of monthly reports and information as may be required 
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Knowrish Well in the industry and at trade events 

About You

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Confidence and passion, you’re an excellent verbal and written communicator with an honest and friendly approach
  • Possess a positive attitude to problem-solving
  • Someone with big ideas and always up for a challenge 
  • Proven experience as high achieving sales professional 
  • Ability to work independently and support the team 
  • A genuine interest in health & wellness

How we look after you

This will be for one to two days per week initially with the potential for more hours in the future. A competitive package is on offer for the right candidate which will include base retainer and commission structure.
