JOB DESCRIPTION

Accru Harris Orchard is a highly respected accountancy firm which has been in operation for over 50 years. Based in Dulwich and McLaren Vale, they have a team of over 60 professionals working with a diverse client base including SME business, government departments, investors, and other accounting firms. They not only provide traditional accounting services but specialise in partnering with clients to help build great businesses.

Due to unprecedented growth, an opportunity has become available for two Senior Managers to join this progressive firm.

Overseeing a divisional team, the Senior Manager is responsible for the review and sign off on compliance work. You will also manage client relationships through fostering trusted long-term relationships. Management of the team will require exceptional communication skills through setting clear expectations and deliverables. You will need to be well organised and manage the team's workflows to ensure completion within agreed timeframes. A hands-on approach will be needed to assist with larger or more complex work and projects. Through a sound business development mindset, you will be expected to actively promote the firm's suite of services to new and existing clients. As a senior member of the firm, you will be encouraged to provide strategic input and advice to the Directors. It is expected that you have attained a CA or CPA qualification with at least 7 years' experience in practice.

This level of seniority may provide a pathway to equity in the future. Those not necessarily seeking equity are also encouraged to apply.

To apply for this rare opportunity within a long established and highly regarded firm, please visit mcarthur.com.au and quote reference number 143119.
