The Role
  • Develop and execute sales business plan, identify key customers within the territory, define and run partner selection and on boarding process.
  • Deliver sales objectives through target medical, hospitals, and aged-care in conjunction with sales and marketing and product training plan
  • Contribute to the development of a strategic plan for the territory and accounts
  • Manage contract and price negotiations
  • Manage sales positioning, analysis, and implementation within the territory
  • Ensure strong distributor relationship and network throughout the supply chain

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business-related studies
  • Track record success in medical or healthcare products sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the sales and procurement processes in specific market
  • Extensive network and business partnership within the healthcare and medical distributors
  • Possess a “hunter” ability, go-getter attitude, and result-oriented
  • Influential skills and growth mind-set
