JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a REGISTERED MIGRATION AGENT to join us at our boutique migration agency at Robina.

We are looking for someone who can work unsupervised and independently, as you will often work on your own in the office. If you prefer a bigger team with multiple offices this will not be a suitable position for you. We offer a personalised service and we are very focused on creating positive relationships with our clients who are not just a number.

We will prefer someone who can fit within our company culture of going above and beyond what is required for each client and ready to continue to learn on a daily basis. You will need to be reliable, trustworthy and your ideas on how to grow and improve the agency and client base will be heard. You will become an integral part of our company, not simply be another agent on our payroll.

Ideally, even though this position will initially be part-time, we would like to employ and train someone to stay with us for the long term in a position that is likely to become full-time in the future for the right person if so they wish. If you are looking for an interim role please DO NOT apply.

At least one year of experience in this role is definitely preferred but not essential, we can train you and work together to get you to the skill level we require. We are a looking for a team member to nurture and help grow in a very demanding industry.

This role will only suit a candidate able to work within tight deadlines, able to work flexible hours, with high attention to detail and able to handle the often stressful situations we face.

You MUST possess the following skills:

* Being able to work long hours if ever necessary

Duties in this role will mainly include:

* Assisting with preparation of visa applications

* Liaising with clients to obtain all documentation as required within prescribed timeframes

* Responding to emails and allocating tasks to be completed in order of priority

* Assisting our Senior Migration Agent

* Finding new clients

The position is currently only offered on a part time based on 28 hours a week (4 days Tuesday -Friday). This will suit a person looking to have a life/work balance to enjoy a short week every week.

Location: Robina

Language: English. Italian (Highly Preferred), French/Spanish/Portuguese (Also highly regarded)

Work Eligibility: Able to work permanently in Australia

Salary: $40,000 - $42,000 per year
