JOB DESCRIPTION

Phoenix Solar Solution is based in the booming Northern Gold Coast suburb of Coomera. We are in the beautiful and well established marine district, near the Westfield and train station.

Phoenix Solar Solution has been a major player in the solar hot water equipment manufacturing and supply business for the last 10 years. This QLD office was newly established and we require staff for the administration duties.

The job scope includes the following:
1. Answering phone calls and inquiries. Taking down notes for our technical staff to call back to customers.
2. Processing paperwork and government solar rebates applications.
3. Updating our social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.
4. Light accounting duties, such as chasing payment and issuing tax invoices.
5. Light warehousing duties for small items. Assist with dispatching and receiving goods.
6. General support role for the company operations.

Comprehensive training will be provided on site from our engineer. The successful applicant needs to show attention to details and demonstrates the ability to learn.

The job is on a full time basis from 8am to 4pm. The remuneration package will be $45,000 base salary plus super.
