Partnerships & Experience Manager, OMD Create

OMD Create delivers award winning and business changing work across the 4 key pillars Social & Innovation, Content Strategy, Partnerships & Experience and Creative Solutions

The Partnerships & Experience pillar within OMD Create is specifically responsible for media sponsorships, events and activations, brand partnerships and TV integration.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and fun person, who will be responsible for the delivery of creative and data led media solutions, within OMD Create.

Reporting to the Partnerships & Experience Director in the OMD Create team, you will have a role in the creative planning of campaigns, including research and analysis of ideas and opportunities that deliver against a proposed strategy. Your day to day responsibilities will also include the implementation of the P&E projects we are delivering on behalf of clients therefore, you need to have a keen interest in project management.

Key responsibilities

  • You will support OMD Create in the development of proposals and strategies for new and existing clients
  • Understanding the fundamentals of best-in-class project management
  • Ensure all projects and campaigns are run with our consistent account management procedures: WIP meetings and contact reports, financial management and reporting
  • Management of day-to-day client activity and liaison
  • Responsible for the ideation and development of all long form content and identify opportunities to ensure that this content is supported cross channel i.e. TV, digital, social
  • Challenge and interrogate briefs effectively to ensure we're developing responses that are in line with objectives and driving business results
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across your client base, becoming their trusted advisor in partnerships & experience
  • A focus on campaign measurement and reporting to ensure we can demonstrate effectiveness and support award entries
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the business planning teams and wider trading team across your client portfolio
  • The Partnerships & Experience Manager will be responsible for helping devise, lead and deliver all sponsorships and media partnerships

Your team

  • You will be directly working in a team of 5 content specialists within the ‘Partnerships & Experience' pillar and a wider team of 16 within OMD Create, all of which come from a diverse background of media, PR, events, design and social media
  • You will also work alongside and closely with team members from Social & Innovation, Content Strategy and Creative Solutions team, within OMD Create.

The basics

  • At least 3 + years experience in a sponsorships, partnerships or activations role
  • Be accountable for your productivity and the meeting of deadlines
  • Experience and be familiar with sponsorship assets; broadcast, digital and event level
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compliance with deadlines

Salary Package: $70,000-$80,000
