IT Project Manager - 12 Month Contract

An opportunity is available to join the IT Team at Amart Furniture as an experienced IT Project Manager. This role will be responsible for the migration of Amart’s ERP to the cloud and also be instrumental in designing and supporting the setup of the Project Management Office at Amart. This role will report directly into the General Manager of IT and be key to the success of project delivery at Amart.

Please note, this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include:

Mapping of current and future state business processes (As-Is and To-Be)
Ensure requirements and scope will meet the business outcomes of project/s
Work with developers, BAs and Solution Architects to ensure successful project delivery
Management and delivery of project tasks in line with agreed timeframes, to cost and quality
Manage all aspects of project delivery including steering committee presentations
Manage the change management for the project/s
Designing and setting up the Project Management Office

About you:

Reporting into the General Manager IT
At least 10 years project management experience
Collaborative and helpful attitude
Demonstrable experience successfully delivering ERP projects
Demonstrated experience setting up PMOs
Stakeholder management and influence
Excellent engagement, listening and communication skills
Ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and ensure successful delivery of projects
Excellent professional presentation skills (written and verbal, formal documentation)
Self-motivated, ability to lead teams
Experience working as a Project Manager across multiple business units
Knowledge or experience delivering IT projects in software development, retail systems, ERPs and integration platforms would be highly regarded
