About Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strong performing Diesel Fitter to perform planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance across our fleet of mobile equipment. We want you to live the lifestyle that is right for you and your family. And because of our size and scale, there are many opportunities to learn, grow and do more than you ever thought possible.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • The ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environment
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures
  • Perform priority breakdowns and provide site service repairs to machinery
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and recommending improvements to equipment
  • Order parts and record maintenance history
  • Self-inspection of components and personal accountability for safe execution of work, quality and efficiency
  • Team work and communication with internal customers as required
What You Will Bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Trade qualifications as a Diesel Fitter
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Able to work autonomously in the field as well as in a team environment
  • Auto-electrical skills / knowledge is desirable
