$70,000 - $90,000 + super + comms ($200K- $220K OTE, uncapped)

Our client is a US based software and technology company with a strong presence throughout Australia and New Zealand. The company’s software solutions help streamline operations and planning for many of the largest and most recognisable companies in the world, across key industry verticals including mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing and petrochemical to name a few. Due to market demand and the company’s desire for growth, they are currently looking to hire 5 x newly created Sales Account Manager positions.

The Role

Based in the company’s inner Brisbane office, the positions report to the Sales Team leader and will see you involved in the following;

Prospect both new and existing customers by phone, webinar and email;
Qualifying leads and developing close working relationships with current and prospective customers;
Conduct exploratory webinar sessions to understand client needs and educate on the company’s value proposition;
Develop, maintain and close a pipeline of opportunities to achieve set sales targets; and
Maintain accurate customer records through Salesforce.

Necessary skills / Experience

1-3 years prior sales experience;
Strong phone-based prospecting and business development skills;
Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly engage with clients;
A positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude and able to work in a team environment; and
Customer focused, results driven and a desire to build your career in sales.
