The Role

Your role as an Consumer Distribution Support Specialist is to connect our internal customers with solutions relating to correct Process, Procedures, Policy, Product and Protocols.

This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented individual with Lending experience to join a newly established team with significant scope for learning and career development across all areas of banking. This role focusses on Home Lending, however there will be opportunities to cross-train into Business lending.

Your energy and self-motivation, combined with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills will guarantee your achievement.

If you would like to be part of this dynamic team, feel that you have the relevant experience and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.

To be successful you will need:
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Home Lending
Manage escalations of lending files and an understanding of the lending process from submission to settlement
Comfortable speaking with a variety of stakeholders and navigating sensitive conversations
Extensive knowledge of Bank policy and procedure
A customer centric mindset and ability to go above and beyond
Learning agility to develop your technical knowledge and professional skills
Lateral thinking and strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience within Customer Service with demonstrated capability to truly connect with people
Team Work
Excel skills
