Full Job Description
The Role

We currently have a 13-month contract opportunity for a Future Network Officer. The aim of the Future Network Officer role is to provide project administration support, reporting, and analysis to ensure effective management and successful delivery of projects. The role requires autonomy, excellent time management, initiative, problem solving, communication and analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective tracking of project and operational costs to budget and reporting requirements
Ensure adherence with B&W PMO and Enterprise Portfolio Governance frameworks and effective collaboration and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
Completion of regular reporting and ad hoc reports and communication as required
Proactively identify opportunities for improvements to business performance
Administer the set-up of projects and resources in the SharePoint environment

Skills & Experience

2 years’ experience in a similar role would be desirable
Experience in a frontline role in the Consumer Bank would be desirable
Acceptance of the need for a high level of confidentiality
Exceptional time management and organisational skills - able to work effectively to prioritise workload and meet agreed timetables which may be shorter than desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Display a sense of urgency, yet possess an eye for detail
Stores operations knowledge would be highly regarded
