Our client specialises in the development and marketing of management software systems that operate in the automotive, trucking, agriculture and construction equipment industries. Due to continual growth, they are now seeking a Client Relationship Manager.

Based in Queensland and reporting to the Head of Client Relations, the Client Relationship Manager is required to provide an exceptional level of customer service to the clients in the company’s Queensland territory.

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for working with other company staff (client support, software development, installations, technical services and administration) in order to meet the above goals. Critical to the role is an ability to learn quickly and communicate well with all levels of stakeholders and the ability to work and travel occasional flexible hours.

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be required to including among other responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit the designated client base in Queensland.
  • Provide consultancy, support and training to the company’s clients within three to six months.
  • Achieve a consistently high client satisfaction level.
  • Achieve a conservative sales budget.
  • Install the company’s software products.

What You Need to Have

  • Minimum two years motor dealership experience preferably in accounts and administration.
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of the current issues facing the company’s clients.
  • Relevant client relationship management experience.
  • Ability to deliver quality training to the client base and contribute to classroom training and webinars for all the company’s clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative and communications skills and be client focused.
  • Self-motivated, have a strong ability to work effectively unsupervised and exercise initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong general IT knowledge.
