With rapid growth plans and a steadily increasing employee headcount, they are now looking for a talented HR Project Advisor to assist in delivering on strategic HR initiatives, in an 18 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll love about the role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will assist in the development and implementation of a range of exciting business projects. The purpose of the role is to support the overarching organisational design strategy, and could range from integration and acquisitions, restructures, finance or business improvement projects, as well as day to day generalist HR duties. To assist in the delivery of these projects you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the annual remuneration review;
  • Assisting and giving input into project creation;
  • Reporting and cost analysis, conducting better off overall tests, and assisting with business acquisition due diligence from a HR perspective;
  • Providing advice to leaders and employees on HR queries, award interpretation and employee relations;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations and present information to changes as required; and
  • Partner with the business to support quality governance frameworks and compliance.
