We are already Australia's largest national provider of conveyancing and building inspections and have big ambitions to deliver products that will make the process more transparent and understood, providing confidence and certainty to buyers, sellers and movers.

The Opportunity

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is within our Growth team, a team that is exactly as it sounds! Full of low ego, whip-smart, diverse people all here to drive growth across Deep Blue Company’s businesses. We are responsible to activate partnerships and growth from within the property channel, corporate channel and consumer digital channels.

We do this by designing digital products, CX and marketing strategies and execute across multiple channels and mediums. Currently, we're building something new and disruptive that will change the game!

The CSM will be a direct part of taking this product to market, working directly with real estate corporate offices, franchise principals, agents and their administrative team members. This opportunity will see you work closely with the State Sales Manager and be a key driver of the teams' dynamics, culture and success.

About the Role

Reporting to the Queensland Property Sales Manager, you will develop relationships & partnerships with agents and their administrative team members, to promote the unique value proposition of a new product designed to assist their buyers & sellers from pre-sale through to settlement; which in turn will grow leads and orders for conveyancing matters and rapid building & pest inspections.

You'll be part of the first state team on the ground in what will become a National model, and you’ll be responsible for;

  • the development and management of relationships and business growth across a portfolio of agents and administrative team members
  • delivering customer & commercial growth opportunities and solutions to achieve the targets; e.g. attending agent sales meetings to educate and assist
  • attending industry events to promote our value proposition and product offering
  • leading the onboarding and training of real estate agents/agency team members to engage and use the DBC product
  • leading the development and communication of performance reporting, highlighting outcomes to real estate agents and their administrative team members.

About You

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives who love a challenge, thrive in fast-paced environments, put their customers first and bounce off being in great sales teams. You have experience in the property industry already, and want to experience being in a fast-paced, boundary pushing company.

To put yourself at the head of the pack:

  • your experience includes business development or account management (3yrs+) with strong relationships with Property Agents already in Queensland
  • you are methodical, able to develop and execute strategies to meeting targets and pushing beyond
  • you are clear and concise in your communication style, with empathy to match, driven to build trusted relationships and partnerships
  • you are highly self-motivated, being both a team player and able to work autonomously
  • you have your own vehicle with a valid Driver's Licence, able to work remotely and on the road with minimal supervision.
