We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Retirement Village Manager to lead four of our retirement villages located at Fraser Shores 2 in Hervey Bay.

Your role:
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of quality service, amenities, community life, security and peace of mind for our residents. You will handle the implementation of operational plans, sales results & operations and maintenance plans for the village. You will also actively promote the village in stakeholder and community engagement.

You’ll demonstrate:
  • Tertiary qualification in either Business, Commerce, Hospitality or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in Retirement Village Management
  • Previous experience in leadership and service planning
  • Financial and budget management skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including advanced computer skills
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence and Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
