Due to growth within the company, we are seeking Customer Support Officers to join our Contact Centre based in Brisbane CBD. This is a casual role offering fantastic flexibility with four shifts available Monday – Friday.
  • 7am to 12pm
  • 10am to 2pm
  • 8:30am – 5pm
  • 1pm to 6pm
We are looking for people with a passion for customer service to join our Contact Centre and support our customers. The right candidates will want to work in a fast-paced environment taking up to 100 inbound calls a day. You will need to have great communication skills as well as being a real problem solver. This position is an ongoing casual role with the opportunity to join the Sarina Russo Group permanently.

The Job
  • Deliver quality and professional customer service to our customers
  • Managing inbound call volumes of a minimum of 100 calls a day
  • Working with jobseekers, employers and internal stakeholders to ensure a one call resolution service
  • Actively participate in the team’s delivery of services under the jobactive contract
  • Achieve performance targets and business goals
  • Adhere to compliance processes and procedures
The Right Person
  • Previous inbound call centre experience, dealing with high volume of calls (preferred)
  • Proven and extensive phone-based customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • A solutions based approach to respond to the needs of employers and jobseekers.
  • To be self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team, operating both locally or virtually
  • Adaptable to new situations and focuses with a customer service and relationship building skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience within the employment services industry (preferred)
