Tender, submissions and marketing specialist needed to join well established civils company

Your new company
One of Gold Coast's leading Commercial builders, this family-owned company have gone from strength to strength over the past few years and are now recognised as being at the forefront of the regions biggest and best developments.

Your new role
As a Project and Submissions Coordinator, you will work closely with the Bid Manager and be responsible for timely creation of new Expressions of Interest and Tender record management, compiling of associated Documentation as well as supporting the timely, innovative and professional submission within strict timeframes.

This is a challenging and busy role with no two days being the same.

In addition, your focus will include:
  • Maintaining templates, CV's and Project Sheets;
  • Updating the image library
  • Updating and maintaining our company website as well as our marketing paraphernalia;
  • Liaising with Project Teams to update project completion targets and organise project photography, create project sheets for marketing and submission purposes as well as coordinate and complete Operations and Maintenance Manuals for handover at the end of a project.
  • Compile all documentation, proof and prepare customized tenders, bids and proposals for approval.
  • Format, print and bind submissions to a high design standard.
  • Provide effective communication & collaboration with internal stakeholders of each tender.
  • Diary management and relief reception duties
  • Keep website up to date and relevant
  • Running marketing campaigns

What you'll need to succeed
  • Results driven;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders;
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, well organised and a keen eye for detail;
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with relevant stakeholders of a specific tender;
  • Proficient in Adobe and Acrobat and MS Office products as well as above average typing skills;
  • You will have worked with a construction contractor ideally and have supported project bids;
  • Desirable if you have been in a Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or Tender Submissions coordinator role.
  • Proactive approach and high level of initiative
