Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is part of the largest privately owned Automotive Group in Australia, with reach from Brisbane to Sydney. You will be stepping into a Multichannel Inbound & Outbound Contact Centre, with specific responsibility across our sales teams. As part of an industry leading Business Development Centre you will further have opportunity to be involved in events and marketing initiatives, training and coaching across the greater business and an abundance of staff leadership initiatives and projects.

About the role:

Your focus will be on driving sales and assisting your team in exceeding their KPI’s by conducting coaching sessions and boosting overall engagement. Hands-on leadership will be your forte and you will visibly lead from the front. Whilst the ability to lead, mentor and coach your team to success is imperative, we are open to more junior style leadership candidates. Key responsibilities include:


  • Drive your team to achieve sales success and reach their maximum potential through effective coaching, mentoring and leadership
  • Development of sales and coaching initiatives, targeting the learning style of your team members
  • Assist with attraction and retention initiatives

Brand Management:

  • Account Management of various outbound campaigns across all of our brands, ensuring adherence to quality framework and the achievement of team based KPI’s
  • Active participation in event sales days, including event planning, event operations and account management of lead generation campaigns
  • Always ensure positive promotion of the Frizelle Sunshine brand

Department Management:

  • Effectively analyse data to gain operational insight into sales trends, opportunities for growth and the development of meaningful coaching plans
  • Provide input into current department processes, analysing ways to improve efficiency, performance, sales outcomes and the customer experience
  • Ad-hoc project work, administration and reporting

About You

  • Leadership, management or sales coaching experience, ideally from an outbound call centre environment (however other backgrounds may be considered)
  • Proven ability to drive sales targets via effective coaching and mentoring of your team
  • Decisive, with capability to offer solutions to improve overall performance
  • Passionate about people development
