About the Opportunity:

The Consumer Insights Manager role is responsible for being the voice of the consumer and shopper at Kimberly-Clark. Managing consumer and shopper research projects across our brands will provide the applicant broad exposure to our marketing team and also across our business. The role will support the Head of Consumer Insights and Analytics to create and drive actionable research and analytics for our leading consumer brands.

We are hiring this position as a Maternity leave contract to run until the end of April.

Priorities & responsibilities include:

The role manages consumer and shopper research for Kimberly-Clark Australia (KCA) brands to drive relevant insights for Baby Care, Feminine hygiene and Paper Goods. You will be tasked with managing insights derived from sales and shopper behavioural data, and then incorporating these learnings from research to define clear consumer insights from both a category and brand perspective. You will provide hands on management, survey programming, and reporting of an online panel research programs to deliver insights.

Working closely with the marketing teams, you will test product learning and communication programs, and will evaluate the success of these programs from an equity and ROI perspective. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our regional and global teams to deliver on their local requests that are relevant to the ANZ market.

About You:

A Degree holder in marketing, statistics or psychology, you will have at least three years of experience in consumer insights from either a research/data agency, or from a client-side market research team. You have hands on quantitative analysis experience with consumer data, and a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

You will ideally posses experience managing online panels, and are familiar with questionnaire design in order to create internal studies for online panels.

Experience with mining of insights, and experience working with sales data (eg IRI, Nielsen) is preferred.

The role requires excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills. You are future-focussed, and have the ability to work with a large amount of consumer data to drive insights.
