About The Role

We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to help us innovate, build and maintain an exciting product that will deliver best in class user experience and commercial performance. The successful applicant will take joint ownership of the back end solution, implement tools and practices that are industry standard and constantly challenge themselves and the team to grow.

This position will report to the the Customer Journey Manager and will work closely with the Dev Lead, Product Owners, internal team and external vendors on a daily basis.

About You

To be successful you will possess the following
  • Strong software development experience (at least 5 years) in .NET/.NET Core
  • String JavaScript Front end development experience (React preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design patterns and best practices.
  • SQL experience as well as NoSQL alternatives like DynamoDB or MongoDB
  • Experience with development and administration of .NET CMS like Umbraco
  • Ability to develop and maintain end to end CI/CD solutions
  • Good knowledge of ES6+ and/or Typescript.
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and a CSS pre-compiler (e.g. SASS or LESS).
  • Experience working with integrations, APIs, containers.
  • Experience with Unit Testing, Mocking and Dependency Injection frameworks.
  • Ability to write high performance, reusable and testable code.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve application performance problems.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git and effective branching strategy
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with cloud environments and capabilities (AWS/Azure).
  • Desirable high traffic website / e-commerce experience.
