JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

As a Seafood Processor, you will be responsible for all aspects of prawn and fish processing, including gutting, filleting, packing and dispatch.

Proactive and flexible you will be required to work Monday to Friday, approximately 40-45 hours/week, with the occasional Saturday in peak demand seasons. The usual shift time is 6am-2pm.

Your Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded along with existing knife skills and knowledge of the aquaculture industry. You will be reliable, with a 'can do' attitude and commitment to completing your tasks.
