Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity to join our high-performing team based at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital as Administration Officer. This fast-paced, challenging role will support the Operations Team in providing a high level of support to all Service Lines and Service Delivery Partners. You will represent Spotless in a professional, responsive and committed manner with a solutions-based approach ensuring our client’s expectations are met.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you possess a Certificate or Diploma in Business or Administration and have sound experience gained within a similar role in facilities management or a service industry together with;

  • Experience managing complex documentation and works management systems in a faced paced, diverse and highly demanding customer-facing role
  • High level of computer literacy across MS Office
  • Strong experience in finance administration related activities
  • Exposure to HR administration tasks
  • A demonstrated ability analyzing data to review and report on contractor performance
  • Understanding of managing subcontractors
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Open communication and engagement with the ability to work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes across cost savings, efficiency and productivity
  • Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment
