We are a Townsville based private psychology practice and we provide outreach psychology services to Ingham, Palm Island, Charters Towers and Ayr. We are looking for an Administration Support Officer who fits into our strong team culture. Working with us is an opportunity for professional growth and to extend your administration skills in the Healthcare industry.

Key tasks and responsibilities include: Managing phone and email enquiries, processing payments including EFTPOS and Medicare rebates, customer satisfaction and service, marketing activities and client data management.

Skills and experience

The successful candidates will:

  • Have great people skills that are transferrable to a customer service role
  • Be proficient in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Health/Medical practice management software
  • Be confident in liaising and building relationships with customers & key stakeholders
