About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager (Trainee) for their busy location in Bundaberg. This is a permanent position. They are professionals and are recognised as management leaders in the Strata field. Due to this specialised area of services, the ideal candidate will have a high level of administration skills, be self-motivated, confident, and happy to work with a highly skilled team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of administration support to clients
  • Understand the Body Corporate and Community Management Act
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Working to prepare all documentation for meetings and before and after
  • Assist and then manage portfolios
Skills and Experience:

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Be well presented
  • Mature attitude to work within the team as a team player
  • High level of administration skills
  • Positive attitude and have great time management skills
You must be available to go to Brisbane for 1-2 weeks induction.

Prior experience is beneficial. Ideally in Strata or Property.
