Intro specialises in recruiting for the construction and infrastructure industry, providing professional services, trades, labour and maintenance staff.
Our directors have more than 50 years' of combined experience in recruiting for a range of clients throughout Australasia and are supported by an enthusiastic and dedicated team of recruitment consultants.

You will be reporting to the General Manager and providing support to the Office Manager. This is a part-time position ideally working in the first half of the week to work in with the businesses payroll process and functionality. You must be available to work on Tuesdays.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Process & review candidates’ timesheets in FastTrack360
  • Create payroll batches, EFT files and Invoices in FastTrack360
  • Manage staff pay runs in Xero
  • Reconcile money received in Xero
  • As this role grows you will then assist with various reporting & document control for the business

  • FastTrack360 (training provided, but experience ideal)
  • Xero (training provided, but experience ideal)
  • JobAdder - Recruitment database (training provided)
  • Excel (must have basic/intermediate experience)
  • Word (must have basic/intermediate experience)
