Opportunity exists for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join our Brisbane team. Must be a professional confident person, with pleasant personality, well groomed, positive attitude, can do approach, to be the face of the organisation. Reporting to the Manager, your main responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients
  • Receiving and directing phone enquiries
  • Maintaining office, meeting rooms & kitchen facilities to a high standard
  • Providing refreshments to visitors
  • Responsible for ordering & maintaining stock levels of Kitchen supplies, catering and staff amenities supplies
  • Maintaining firm's client and contact database
  • Scanning and filing of client and business related documentation
  • General office Admin duties and other administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and conversational skills. High degree of emotional intelligence, organisation skills, display initiative and the ability to work under pressure. Must be comfortable to work with multilingual clients & staff.
