About the Role
The Workday learning lead will be responsible for the development and maintenance of online learning at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. The position will involve assisting subject matter experts to develop online learning modules that reflect best practice and ensures current and robust content on the Workday Learning platform. The position will also support learning partners to utilise workday learning and will liaise with St Vincent's Hospital Australia to ensure organisational training requirements are met.

Classifications for this position will range from classification XB1 - XB2 ($56.92- $58.27 per hour).

Duties

  • Administration of the workday learning platform for St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne
  • Assisting learning partners and instructors to utilise Workday Learning
  • Promote and refine the recording of training on Workday learning
  • Development and evaluation of online training material with subject matter experts
  • Liaison with the Information Technology data analytics team to ensure correct reporting
  • Assisting managers and employees with training reporting

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Registered in Division 1 with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board and current Practicing Certificate.
  • Bachelor of Nursing / or health related science
  • Advanced clinical and IT skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems in particular the Workday Learning platform
  • Experience with Articulate and Camtasia programs
  • Experience in clinical teaching, clinical supervision or project implementation
  • Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Advanced Clinical Nursing or Nursing Education
