JOB DESCRIPTION

The HB Group is currently working with a long-established, nationally- recognised organisation to source a full-time, permanent Administration Officer to join their Toowoomba branch.

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Payroll for approximately 25/30 staff
  • Phone and email enquires
  • Invoicing and purchase orders
  • Customer service over the phone and in person
  • Meeting Minutes and Agendas
  • Liaising with staff, tradesmen and clients
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Experience in Pronto is desired, but not essential
  • A fast learner who can adapt to change
  • Very high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills – professional phone manner
  • High level of written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task
Prior experience in the Service Industry is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate.
