Branch Administrator role located in Blackwater. Our client is one of the leading and most experienced providers in their field that accommodate the Mining and Industrial industries.

About the role:

  • 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday roster
  • Ongoing hours
  • Immediate start
  • Great rates + penalties

Duties of the role:

  • General administration duties
  • Invoicing
  • Data entry
  • Update files, for servicing, repairs and, an inspection of all fleet in the company systems (NAV, Visual dispatch, therefore and Mainpac)
  • Process requisitions and raise purchase orders
  • Assist operations manager compiling reports as required
  • Run site compliance expiry reports on equipment fleet

To be successful:

  • Minimum of 3 years office experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth/State Safety and Environmental legislation and standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
