The Role
We are on the hunt for a full-time Office Administrator for our Head Office located in Brendale, QLD. This is a 12-month contract role covering maternity leave. This is a multifunctional role that requires someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and ensure client and staff matters are actioned;
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office environment, be the first point of contact for all visitors;
  • Provide the full spectrum of administrative support to the head office staff;
  • Data entry and reporting using Excel and Flowlogic; and
  • General office and administrative duties, as required and requested.

Must Haves

  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in an administrative role or office environment;
  • Skill and understanding in the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (a good telephone manner is a huge plus!); and
  • Someone who is self-motivated, ready to jump in and work independently.
