Harness Energy Services is a leading Queensland based Labour Supply Provider and Registered Training Organisation, we offer a wide range of nationally accredited safety training and provide top-notch personnel to our valued clients.

We have a full-time 12-Month contract opportunity for the right motivated and determined candidate to come on board with our Host client to support our Indigenous Mentors in running multiple traineeship programs and to be heavily involved in our Registered Training Organisation.

Applicants are required to meet the following selection criteria to be considered:
  • Must be resident in Chinchilla or the surrounding area
  • Must have relevant certifications or extensive administration work experience
  • Must be available to start immediately
  • Current valid Driver’s License
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • RTO Experience will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Ability to create rosters, timesheets, purchase orders, and coordinate logistics
  • Exposure to a corporate environment with a sound understanding of policies, procedures, and safety-first culture
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Proven working capability with Microsoft office suite packages.
  • Responsible and mature minded
  • Experience working autonomously
  • Professional and confident phone manner
  • Well-presented and highly punctual
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Accommodation and travel bookings for trainees and mentors.
  • Logistics support for visits to trainee support services
  • Assisting with documentation for transport, housing, and medical support e.g., rental applications
  • Data entry of weekly and monthly reporting completed by mentors into internal systems
  • Coordination of quarterly good news stories
  • Coordinating events with internal stakeholders and external
  • Coordinating regular support network events such as family dinners
  • Weekly timesheet reminders and checks
  • Ordering office supplies for the Chinchilla team
  • Booking additional training as required e.g., Forklift license
  • Emailing reprints once completed by Mentors to appropriate personnel
