As the Administration Assistant you will report to the Executive Assistant and play a key role in supporting the Corporate Head Office with a variety of responsibilities.
  • Reception / meeting and greeting visitors
  • Directing calls
  • Managing office inventory
  • Dealing with suppliers, and internal departments over the phone
  • Supporting the EA with coordinating meetings and events
  • General admin duties as require
What you will bring:
  • Excellent communication skills & professional presentation
  • Previous experience working in Administration in a corporate environment (ideally 3 years as a minimum)
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Strong written communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and be highly organized
  • A natural people person who is confident both over the phone and in person with senior stakeholders and customers
  • A dedicated team player who is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
