The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Growth Performance Hub ANZ, the purpose of this role is for the Development and integration of all data sources to enable performance tracking, measurement, decision making and identification of growth opportunities.

  • Design and deliver a clear view on the performance of our portfolio by integrating data sources; creating decision-back dashboards/visualisation and application of rule-based diagnostics.
  • Manage database systems and data providers, as well as secure resources & support from Global/Regional counterparts.
  • Support the Performance hub to deliver business analytics, sales and share reporting, performance tracking evaluating ROI, insights, growth opportunities, strategies and recommending action plans.
  • Provide support for decision making and resource allocation
  • Activate Performance mindset across organisation in line with company Play to Win behaviours

Role Priorities/Responsibilities:

  • Design integration of multiple data sets to deliver clear, complete and unbiased view on performance connecting insights coming from financial data, market data, consumer data, media, digital marketing and field force data
  • Ensure we are reviewing / testing future focused tools and methodologies to maximize business foresight and decision making
  • Continuously assess and integrate both internal, agency and external data streams to better measure the CHC portfolio and effectiveness of activities.
  • Monitor and identify new/additional sources of information that can be leveraged including e-commerce/ DTC data
  • Partner with ITS, Global CMI, Regional performance team and BO&S teams to deliver the systems and tools needed
  • People Management - create and lead a high performing team

About You:

  • Information technology or Statistical background, Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience across Data integration and business intelligence
  • Experience in FMCG, OTC industry or Retail industry is a plus;
  • Strong and visible leadership - ability to lead initiatives and influence key stakeholders into action
  • Team spirit, persuasiveness and influential with cross functional partners
  • Expert level SQL skills with experience on very large datasets with experience in creating data pipelines and ETLs that combine data from disparate sources
  • Advanced skillsets on data integration (Databases, pivots, some familiarity with APIs), Reporting packages(Business Objects), Databases(SQL), programming (XML, Javascript or ETL frameworks)
